Nick Robson | Executive ChefKaren Thomas
Nick Robson was born with a passion to create great food. He studied culinary arts at Johnson and Wales University, South Carolina. Shortly after, Nick moved to New Orleans to work at Commander’s Palace. He gained valuable experience in the kitchen working side-by-side with their great master chefs.

Afterward, he moved back to his hometown of St. Augustine, Florida, where he worked with Chef/Owner Michael McMillan of Opus 39. When McMillan opened his second restaurant, The Tasting Room, Nick was named Executive Sous Chef and continued to nurture his creative talents.

In 2007, Nick arrived at Eleven South Bistro and earned his way to Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef positions with his culinary creations, light hearted management style and his dedication to pushing Eleven South’s kitchen to the next level.
